The Florida Renaissance Festival Makes History together with The Puerto Rican / Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Broward County by sponsoring a Hispanic-themed boat at Seminole-Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade. FT.LAUDERDALE, FL. (December 14, 2004) The Florida Renaissance Festival, The Puerto Rican/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the 4th Fiestas Patronales and Business Expo, (PR Fiestas) will feature the "first ever" Hispanic-themed boat at the Winterfest celebration to be held on Saturday, December 18th, 2004. PR Fiestas will feature the "First Lady" executive yacht from The First Lady Yacht Charters, Inc decorated as a "16th century" floating Spanish fort. The Florida Renaissance Festival will represent the 16th century featuring Queen Katharine of Aragon, the daughter Spanish Monarch's Ferdinand and Isabella and her nephew, Carlos Quinto, King of Spain. "Winterfest, PR Fiestas, The Florida Renaissance Festival and First Lady Yacht Charters, Inc. are making history by bringing Hispanic representation to the parade in its 33-year history, this is an accomplishment that we can all be proud of." said Rich Sierra, legal counsel for PR Fiestas. The PR Fiestas Yacht is brought to Winterfest with the collaboration and sponsorship of such as Pollo Tropical, Pit Bull Energizing Drink and the First Lady Yacht Charters Inc.
